This small, award-winning, privately owned beach lodge is situated on south-western part of the beautiful, remote and relaxed Pemba Island. There are 18 tented, thatched bungalows set on the hillside and beachfront. Fundu offers real barefoot luxury, with a 'Robinson Crusoe' feel in this secluded spot. Fundu is also home to some of the very best diving in the world. It boasts three amazing bars, one which has the most stunning sunsets, an excellent restaurant and spa all connected with wooden walkways and sandy paths. Enjoy the beautiful soft white sandy beach or take a dip in the infinity pool, the ideal place to relax and unwind. This romantic accommodation is ideal for couples and honeymooners or a group of friends. It is, unfortunately, not really suitable for children under 12 years old.
Fundu Lagoon offers plenty of opportunity for you to relax and feel pampered during your stay. There are four bars, each reflecting different aspects of the hotel’s locations, shoreline, poolside, jetty and restaurant bar.
Standard Room
The hill side accommodation enjoys fantastic views of the Indian Ocean as well as a cooling night-time breeze. The beach front accommodation is shaded by tropical trees and shrubs. The sandy white beach is on your doorstep and the noise of the ocean will lull you to sleep. All rooms can be furnished with double or twin beds. Free Wi-Fi is offered to all our guests in the main reception area.

Offers the same as the standard rooms, but in addition you will enjoy more space to relax with a private plunge pool area. Also enjoy the fantastic room service in your own suite.
