Sports Tours FAQs
We don't offer sport travel packages for all our events. Our add-on safari trips are all bespoke and planned according to your travel personality, timeline and budget. Some of our Road Running events on our sister website Africa Marathons consists of all-inclusive packages.
This all depends on you. Most people like to plan well in advance to make sure they are getting the best for the allowed time they have in Africa and there are usually a few changes to the itinerary before the final decision is made. But we love a challenge, so we can arrange things well in advance or with limited time, within reason, of course.
As our itineraries are all uniquely designed to suit you, we can arrange add-on safari or travel packages for any event in Africa, even if we don't have it listed on our website here.
We usually recommend between 4 and 10 days, but with a sports tour, this could be quite different. Some tours allow for time between events and this time can be used to explore Africa. Alternatively, a few days can be added pre-or post-event. Once we start the planning process with you, it will give a better indication of how many days suit you and your family or group.
